When I joined ChipperCash, we had S2NC launched in 1 country. I led design for expansion initiatives that saw
that move from being available in 1 country to over 10 countries, with over $7.5M generated in
Total Processed Volume, in half a year post launch. Pioneered conversations with external payment providers like ClickSendNow, Visa, Stitch, & Plaid to ideate how they could integrate seamlessly within our payment flow, and designing to fit both products. Worked on a fix that took just 2hours, but reduced weekly user compliants by 96.25% Built new comps for our DS, a culture of compliance x design collaboration amongst others. ChipperCash later raised $100M Series C Funding.

I joined the Chipper team as Product Designer, Growth, where I led design & discovery for growth projects, designed and iterated on our payment experiences, and oversaw design for the money movement squad. Any experience related to sending or receiving money, P2P & Cross-border? I was your guy. Got support from the research, visual, and content design team. I occassionally worked with engineer to pair code quick wins that didn't need to go on the roadmap, as well directy provided engineering feedback via GitHub. Ran a company-wide research to internally test new designs, as well as external users.
